At Murray’s, we have cream cheese babies. I turned this one into an adult before sending it to the Big Bagel in the Sky.
Figbar was born by candlelight on his grandma's couch in Northern California and raised in the middle of nowhere on the beautiful Mendocino coast, surrounded by redwoods and water.
Now he lives in Brooklyn and sells cheese at Grand Central Station.
His favorite Ninja Turtle is Donatello.

This comic was made in early 2010 as part of my application for The Center for Cartoon Studies. The assignment was to make a minimum two-page comic story starring myself, a snowman, a robot, a piece of fruit, and the ocean.
This here is a fake album cover for my mom’s alter ego, Swoop. Banana Dust was the name she chose for her imaginary band when I was around 13. Now she actually is in a band but they don’t go by Banana Dust.
There’s a watercolored version of this but I haven’t photographed it yet.
